Spiritual hikes

The spiritual hikes are formed by a group of people who set out to explore a beautiful and scenic place in nature and that look at the same time are searching for deeper inner experience. The fact is that being in nature opens us to a deeper perception and dimension of ourselves and of reality and allows us to be more open to the spiritual dimension.

The spiritual hike is an excellent opportunity to discover and to experiment God among His creation. Walking, journeying and breathing in nature reveal the Creator, whenever we preserve an attitude of openness and inner silence.

In most cases the spiritual hikes they have a destiny, be a sanctuary, summit or pass, making therefore the analogy with the spiritual life. The hikes can be accompanied by dialogue, spiritual guiadance, sharing and simply silence. Friendship also is a fundamental part in the spiritual hike.
